The Introduction to Healthcare Leadership Programme aims to introduce a range of practical and interpersonal skills that will enable individuals to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams. It is designed for healthcare professionals who are in the early stages of career development or who are just beginning to manage people and teams.
The programme will draw upon the Compassionate Leadership Principles for Health and Care in Wales 
, in alignment with the national leadership strategy and ambition.
This programme has been designed for registered healthcare professionals.

Applications are now open. Applications will close on September 11th 2026 (please note that the application form may close earlier if the programme and all waiting list spaces are taken).
Please note this course is for South Wales only. The application process for North Wales will open in December 2026.
